Question to all, How Many of us found Gyms A scary place to go in? 🫵🏼 I will start, I Did hell it got to me how i looked, would not wear Shorts in gym, would not go in the weights area as felt like I was being watched or laughed at, and going in the pool was a no no I couldn't, I took me over 4 years being at the gym and working with james to overcome all this, it was not easy, but I found that none of it matters, the ones that laugh, hum are these people, dont no them, so as soon as leave they are not in my life, the pool was the same, hum are these people, it was not easy to work on that mindset and a lot times James saying he was going to kick my arse, but in the end what changed, I did, ok i have some blips now and again but I have learnt to get on with it. If i can do it any one can guys. 👍🏼

Monday Blues, Nope, monday get up and rock and Roll
Afternoon all hope everyone had an amazing weekend, So Last week went so well training all done, all my white board cleared with all my to do lists done, and ticked off, to start this week, big clean up in doors then treadmill and bike hit, started my week off to a good start. Has everyone else got the week planned out. one of JB podcasts to set the day.

week going strong
Evening all, Hope you are all well and your week is going well, this week for me is going strong 3 workouts down already and happy with that. done measurements today and all down, so a big plus for me, I am eating so much cleaner since being told I have type 2, so some positive has come out of it, I have only had one beer Since March the 8th when i had my operation, another big plus for me, so fare this year I think I have moved forwards at 52 it is about time lol. always here to chat gents.

Weekly plan
Weekly plan Health zero booze (fucked this right up last week). Healthy eating and daily exercise 💪. Relationships. Need to make decision on my future following recent conversations with partner. Got George next 2 weekends so will be 💯 focused on him. Play plat play PD AM routine daily meditation and pm routine I.e decompress. Plan and review work each day. Be on it. Fun Time with my son. Like I said..no booze. Time to be a man and make decisions.

Planning for me starts on a Friday night so i can do my white board on the saturday, everything goes on my board on the board i have to do list Workouts Extra has to be done, days week all split into own column, the has to be done has 3 things that are non negotiable, they have to be done, then the extra is for appointments, and other things that come up, the to do list there is about 10 things, If i only get my 3 has to be done done thats ok the others can put of till next week this works well for me. All this is James ideas and teachings and i have just adapted them to my life style.
