Started my 90 day plan today, rough first then will add it to planner, I am having to do 2 as still no idea when operation will be so doing 2 means when I get it I've planned for it, How are we all getting on planing our year out.

Same here Ian with affording it, I would love to be back in the brotherhood, loved it when I was, all the banter and support from other members was amazing, brought me right out of myself,
Villa park
Who's going to villa park this weekend? I remember last year I walked in on my own absolutely shitting it. I knew no one in that room. Luckily I got chatting and was able to join a group for the day which I am so grateful for. If you're coming this weekend and are in the same position, please come and find me and say hi. I was supposed to be there, but DVLA have pulled my licence, got to wait now until i get my operation, gutted.
Friday Feeling
Evening all, last few weeks been a little tougher than the normal, with my health, so not been so much on here, nosing at what you all been doing lol. This week i am looking at getting light workouts in, some walks, and some light workouts, going to get back to my early mornings at work as well so 5am up and work for 6am, this has been my second week back after months off after operation, I am finding it tough so tired, but at least earning a little for family. hope everyone has a good weekend, love to all the Bomb. 💣 💣💣💣💣💣

mid week
my mid week check in, doing ok, have had to re plan my Wednesday workout and do it thursday as My other half has changed her rest day so we can spend day together, so as long as i get it in tomorrow I am happy. hope everyone having a good week

Monday kick
Early up to my revised hours 4.15 out bed, 10 mins mobility, 15mins coffee and look at the day ahead and other 15 breakfast. Leave for work 5.30. 6.00 work, for only 3 hours as can not drive bus this is all they could offer me. Home spent time with the good lady before she had to go to work. then 30 mins run, 20mins dyno bench, then cardio 10mins to finish after this rest as shoulder sore. all in all a good day today,
