Question to all, How Many of us found Gyms A scary place to go in? 🫵🏼 I will start, I Did hell it got to me how i looked, would not wear Shorts in gym, would not go in the weights area as felt like I was being watched or laughed at, and going in the pool was a no no I couldn't, I took me over 4 years being at the gym and working with james to overcome all this, it was not easy, but I found that none of it matters, the ones that laugh, hum are these people, dont no them, so as soon as leave they are not in my life, the pool was the same, hum are these people, it was not easy to work on that mindset and a lot times James saying he was going to kick my arse, but in the end what changed, I did, ok i have some blips now and again but I have learnt to get on with it. If i can do it any one can guys. 👍🏼

Monday Blues, Nope, monday get up and rock and Roll
Afternoon all hope everyone had an amazing weekend, So Last week went so well training all done, all my white board cleared with all my to do lists done, and ticked off, to start this week, big clean up in doors then treadmill and bike hit, started my week off to a good start. Has everyone else got the week planned out. one of JB podcasts to set the day.
