Evening all, last few weeks been a little tougher than the normal, with my health, so not been so much on here, nosing at what you all been doing lol.
This week i am looking at getting light workouts in, some walks, and some light workouts, going to get back to my early mornings at work as well so 5am up and work for 6am, this has been my second week back after months off after operation, I am finding it tough so tired, but at least earning a little for family.
