Started my 90 day plan today, rough first then will add it to planner, I am having to do 2 as still no idea when operation will be so doing 2 means when I get it I've planned for it, How are we all getting on planing our year out.

I did it at few years ago, it was very good but went up to around £120 a month and I could afford that so had to drop out. Looking on line I thinks it’s around £250/month now but I’m not 100% sure if I’m looking at the right option…. It’s great if you can afford it but £3k a year is a bit out of my budget unfortunately…

Andy’s Man Club
Evening gents, hope everyone’s all good? Went to Andy’s Man Club on Monday for the first time… highly recommend it if your curious but in 2 minds about it… Everyone’s welcoming, accepting and non-judgemental, really helped me out.

@Shaun James It’s definitly worth going. Hardest thing for me was finding the balls to for for the first time. Once you’re there everyone’s really friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental. I’d highly recommend it. I went again this week and intend to carry on…
