Morning Lads .....
Downloaded SK App this morning- weird how things appear when you need them ....
I'm a Dad & bonus Dad ....
Lost my daughters Mum to cancer, my Mum to cancer & my Dad to 'loneliness' within 18 months back in 2013-2015 ....
I haven't allowed myself to grieve & still suffer daily ....
Like lots of you I live my life on pins feeling 'not good enough', full of self doubt, guilt, scared, worried, cruising, just getting by ....
But don't let the world see this to the point where most people that know me would say 'Sean is such a great positive guy' ....
I'm great at raising others significance and even better at lowering my own ....
Need to wobble my head & get back to living ....
Let's fucking go ....
