As a result, next week is a holiday Thursday and Friday, which I will be at home working on my resume and looking for supervisor positions near Canada rather than spending the holiday with family. My current position is taking up too much of my free time. Friday is a typical travel day and I could not go to the gym Sunday due to traveling. I also had to cancel the Sunday meetings too. I am planning a major change in work and housing by the end of the year. It has also been warm in the northeast US. I am looking forward to below freezing temperatures and lots of snow.

I am increasing my weight and reps in my workouts and cutting my sugar consumption drastically. My goal is to lose my stomach fat and improve my physique. I will start seeking new work soon and have a few options planned.

Thursday I had a meeting with my employer and he now knows I only returned working for him after being away for 3 years because he asked me to and seeking benefits only a large firm can afford to offer. We are working it out but I will be leaving for a bigger opportunity in the engineering field soon. It also must be in a much colder climate for me, where summer temps never exceed 79ยฐF / 26ยฐC. I have lived in northern Vermont US before where winter nights are below -20ยฐF / -28ยฐC and comfortable with that.
