Course Recommendation-1
Hi @Daemon Caliversity I’d love to see a future Calisthenics course on Caliversity focused on the perfect morning body stretching routine🧘. It could progress from basic to advanced levels, with an emphasis on optimal body recovery. I think it would be a great addition🤌🏻✨

Handstand Push Up Strength - OUT NOW!
The course for the handstand push up strength is out, NOW! CHANGES TO CALIVERSITY'S COURSES: We now have courses split across 3 levels intead of 2. Breakdown summary: level 2 - Courses that build you a foundation of basic pushing and pulling strength. Level 3 - Courses will go through more technical stuff, like muscle up + handstand technique Level 4 - Courses for static skills like planche and front lever unlocks Reasoning: Planche and front lever are the most injury inducing movements. We want to ensure that you have a basic level built from PREVIOUS courses before you start here so you avoid any unwanted injuries. If you're under level, fret not. I've got a surprise coming for you on 4 November, 12am(that can help you level up fast) If you made it all the way here, comment "surprise" and I'll give you a personal sneak peek of what the course is - and trust me, you'll want a head start. Stay tuned!

Handstand Push Up Strength - OUT NOW!
NEW COURSE INCOMING - Handstand Push Up Strength
I've gotten umpteen requests for a handstand push up guide - so here it is TWO are coming out: 1. Strength Conditioning for the Handstand Push Up(Coming First) 2. Technical Guide for the Handstand Push Up(Coming later in November) There will be 3 strength levels for this. Important Updates: MAJOR changes have been made both to the overall look of the course and the video. Information will now be compacted into a section under "program" of the course and visual guides of how the exercises should look like will be kept straight to the point, in the video. Parts of each strength level's ebook will be extracted and placed together on the same page with the video. This ensures that you DO NOT need to download the ebook, in case there is a technical error that does not allow you to do so(happened in the past so I needed to improvise) The course is almost done, but structure, positioning and placement of the course with the current courses in Caliversity still has to be thought through. I aim to release this though, by the end of this week and by then, I'll start working on the technical guide. Who's excited?
