Wow can’t believe it I held the adv tuck for 4-6 sec with proper form. I’m forever grateful for the planche course. I’ve always been stuck at tuck planche but ever since I’ve followed the planche routine I’ve finally unlocked it.
I have been stuck at 2-3 pullups for a long time now and I just can’t seem to progress. What I currently do is 3 sends of banded pullups with 6 minutes rest in between with 3 days of rest in between workouts. Is there anything I can do?
only do 50% of ur intensity on pullups when doing grease thee groove for example if ur max is 10 do 5 throughout the day so it should not fatigue you but on ur main pull day u test ur 1rep max and strength conditioning with resistance band then rest the day after and go back at it after rest day
Personally I think Chris herias abs circuit is more challenging cuz it keeps muscle fully engaged the entire time. Unlike push-ups where you get short breaks with each rep.
2 warm up sets of squats 2x3 weighted squats till failure 2x3 assisted pistol squats till failure if there is anymore tips or exercises you think is suitable please comment
U should reduce the weight if ur only hitting 3 reps unless ur trying to build maximal strength. If not reduce the weight to a suitable amount where u can hit 8+ reps for mass
