Adv tuck
Wow can’t believe it I held the adv tuck for 4-6 sec with proper form. I’m forever grateful for the planche course. I’ve always been stuck at tuck planche but ever since I’ve followed the planche routine I’ve finally unlocked it.

Today's workout
Just completed bent arm push strength course. felt great but also was hard I didn't knew i would come this far from zero push ups to this but there is still long way to go and i would never stop.

PR 40kg PULLUP
Last week, I attempted to pull 40 kgs but unfortunately couldn't get it 100% over the bar. Yesterday I attempted it again and I finally got it. I was actually going to attempt it on Thursday, but I fell sick and had to postpone it to Friday, which was yesterday. I was pretty nervous as I was unwell and not sure I could do it. Nevertheless, I started my warmup with 12.5 kg for 7 reps, my first working set was 25kgs and I had to atleast get 8 reps to increase the weight next week. I managed to get 9 reps (PR), and I felt little confident. I attempted 35 first, I did it easily. Then went for 40kgs, I went for it. It felt very slow to me, lol, but I managed to make it. Never give up guys, just 2 months ago, I couldn't pull 25 for one rep now I am able to fly with 25.

Unlocked The Bent Arm Planche
Benching 225 helped me unlock this skill. I would do a few sets of bench press followed by chest flies or dips for my workouts. This helped me unlock this skill by doing everything to failure.

Muscle up
Guys I finally did a muscle up. I managed to get two in a row, but it had a lot of momentum and kipping. I figured out its way easier to put your thumbs above the bar.
