Why can't I do a muscleup?
I've been training weighed pullups ( Right now, I can pull 35kgs for 1) but still can't seem to do a muscle up. Is it my strength that I have to improve or is just technique that plays more important role here? I really want to be able to do a muscle up. Please help me, guys. Also please give me tips and progressions if you can. (Update after two weeks: I got the muscle up. Lesgooooo!! For those of you who aren't there yet, don't give up, brothers. You'll get it 💪. Have patience and be consistent. You got this🔥.)

It is your strength you have to work on. Try to get to a 45 kgs to 50 kgs weighted pullup. That should help. Muscle ups really aren’t that technical unless you don’t have the strength and are trying to compensate with bad form.

Sup guys. I play a ton of sports and I am really weak and need to get stronger for them. I want to train at home and just want to get jacked. If someone can recommend some great exercises that build muscles primarily in the shoulders, arms, and legs/calves (but full body too), and some equipment to get, that would be great. I have space for a home gym so it does not have to be just bodyweight. have a great day

Jumping pistol squats, muscle ups, clapping pushups or one arm pushups, wall supported handstand pushups These exercises will build the most get you pretty strong for sports. If you haven’t unlocked them yet, there are several progressions you can do like assisted pistol squats, pullups, archer pushups, pike pushups.
