Introduction
Hi! I'm Nokhilesh, 22 years old and I'm a fencer. I started calisthenics 2 years ago with some slow progress then I paused for about a year due to studies and some lower back pain that was getting worse when working out. I'm getting back it and my goal is to build strength (especially in my lower back core) and lean muscles while progressing through the different levels of exercises. I currently measure 180cm and weigh about 66kg.

LOCK IN
I'm locking in now when it comes to fitness. I'm Jamo and I have a really bad habit of going into shops while I'm walking and buying chocolates or crisps. I'm pretty consistent when it comes to workouts. My goal is to gain 8kg.
