Name: Sunny Age: Almost 15 Goal: Improving on all aspects of callisthenics: Pullups (10 clean), explosive pushups (30), dips (20), and beginner skill work (handstand) Additional goal: Being more athletic - although I greatly value aesthetics, performance is more important in my eyes. If aesthetics were as important as a 9/10, performance would be a 10/10 (not much diff). I look forward to growing with this community!

Hello beautiful people. I’m Filip, 40 years old, soon to be 41. I started body weight training 2 years ago to get healthier, leaner and stronger. Along the way I wanted to learn some cool skills but so far not very successfully. I’m about to start training for front lever, just trying to put up some reasonable training plan first.
