I've been feeling pretty down this past week due to being cooped up at home studying for important exams. A few days ago, I finally had some free time after studying and went to the calisthenics park. I had no clear plan or structure of working out. I went to the parallel dip bars and just started doing dips until I hit a 100. Here's what I realised, moving about, be it walking, jumping ropes or even calisthenics can boost one's mental health SIGNIFICANTLY and works wonders. I feel like a burden has been LIFTED OFF me and immediately feel happier. As an added bonus, I was even more motivated to study harder and have INCREASED periods of FOCUS
