I do high frequency basics all the time. Some weeks I workout every day and sometimes I only do a few days. I haven't noticed any decline in my energy levels or any noticeable soreness
Pull ups
So, i can only one proper form and a half rep. But the half rep is a progress since few days ago i can only go a quarter rep after a proper one rep. Gotta try everyday until i can do atleast 5 reps

INTRODUCTION
Hi. My name is Matthew. I am 20 years old. My ultimate goal is to be able to unlock Maltese and Victorian Cross on rings, as well as achieve sub 10% body fat after being overweight my whole adolescent life. I can already do around 10 pull ups and 33 push ups, and about 15 dips. I train almost every day and I am also a carnivore.
