Hanstand pushups, and 8 muscle ups in a row. Weighted pullups 40 kilos for 5 reps ( I can pull 25 kilos for 7 reps) . And hopefully get fully recovered from the collar bone injury.

It’s easy to hit your target and stop there. You’re supposed to do 10 reps, so you do 10… and then call it a day, right? But what if you trained yourself to always push for one more? 🤔 This mindset is about more than just building physical strength, it’s about training your mind to believe you can do more than you think. If you always stop where the plan ends, you’ll reinforce a habit of staying in your comfort zone. But by going beyond, even by just one rep, you’re proving to yourself every time that you’re capable of more. 🧠 When you consistently do more than what’s required, you build mental toughness and make breakthroughs feel more natural. This mentality translates to everything training, work, life. It’s a habit of excellence. 🙌 How to Start: Next time you have a goal, 10 reps, 30 seconds, or even a set number of minutes... Push for 1 more. 1️⃣ Set the goal in your head. 2️⃣ Hit that target, but then push for one extra rep or second. 3️⃣ Repeat every session until it becomes second nature. 💥 Over time, this “extra rep” mentality becomes who you are, and you’ll find yourself pushing past barriers you never thought possible. Every session. It might not be every set, but definitely every session I try to do something more than i did last time. It might be 1 extra second when learning a new calisthenic skill, 1 extra rep, 1 extra kilometre when running. Even though, I might fail, I just am glad I tried 💪💪

My answer is HELL YES. worked HARD for about 4.5 years now on this shi 😭😂💪💯

I would say so am I. I have a pretty decent physique. Better than prolly most people my age. But I still want to grow more and I don't think there's anything wrong in trying to get better at it. You have a great physique imo.

This journal is 2 days late and represents Saturday, Sunday, Monday. I will post Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on Thursday. Morning routine ✅ Cold shower 🚿 ✅ Journal for 10 minutes ✍️ ✅ Read for 20 minutes 📖 ✅ Spend 45 minutes outdoors 🌲✅ Deep work ✅ Eat only whole foods❌ Drink 2 Liters of water ✅ Workout 🏋️ (Chest) ✅ Swimming laps (>30 minutes) 🏊 ❌ Study 📖 2 hours at least ✅ Attend a community meeting 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 ✅ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool 🫂 ✅ Meditation (>10 minutes) ✅ Screens off by 21:00 (9:00pm) 📱 ❌ In bed by 21:30 (9:30pm) 🛌 ❌ Evening routine ✅ Most important...I completed my project and it is up now. Reach out to me for details everyone so I can include you in my accomplishments with all of our brothers. My pulled deltoid muscle is better and did a light workout Sunday, Saturday I just rested. Monday I used the hot tube at the gym and did not exercise. I am have been busy working and joined Winter Arc for the first time. I hope not to pull another muscle soon again. My diet needs some improvement but it has not gotten much worse over the past few days. I weighed 177lbs (80kgs) Monday morning and need to figure out how to lose about 10 lbs (4.5 kgs)

Today was actually a leg day, lol. But my friend was trying to do some muscleups and asked me if I could do it. I shook my head in denial, like bro there's no way I can do that. He was reluctant and forced me to try doing it. I agreed with no hopes at all, like I had zero hopes in me. I put some chalk powder and pulled with all my strength... And Bingo bango, I got on top of the bar easily and infact felt like I had another rep or two, but didn't wanna spoil the crazy moment if I had failed, lol. I'm so happy and feel proud of myself.
