Day 2: Lateral Raises vs Planche Leans!?
I know this post may not seem like something that makes sense when you first take a look, but hear me out: Lateral raises are pretty good and all, however many people struggle to take this specific exercise to failure (even if they can take others like OHP or incline bench to actual failure). This is why Planche Leans are a good option, as they involve only the shoulders to execute the motion (asides from core stabilization). You have to make a few changes though: -utilize a wider grip to be able to engage the side delts more. I recommend having your arms angled about 30-40 degrees away from your torso, choose what fits you best. -try to do them elevated to make the exercise harder, hence allowing for more progression than adding reps and sets -keep your arms completely straight, this will put all the tension on your shoulders -focus more on the lower part of the motion for maximum stretch, but try to avoid the extreme sides (IE: too extended, too contracted) where you take away tension from the shoulders. Hope this helped, Opinion?

Workout Plans
I have seen a lot of people (including myself) who have always asked people or even bought workout plans from other people. I find that this method can work for some people depending on their situation, but i found through my experience is to know most of the exercises and degression/progressions and play around with the different set and reps that fit your personal situation because not everyone has the same time frame for which they can workout or get other things done, so they need something different.

Day 10 which calisthenic workout do you think challenges your endurance the most
Personally I think Chris herias abs circuit is more challenging cuz it keeps muscle fully engaged the entire time. Unlike push-ups where you get short breaks with each rep.

Day 7:Biceps Curls vs Pull Ups
I prefer pull ups since I'm training for strength and compound lifts are overall better for strength. Bicep curls will be very taxing for me because imagine doing biceps curls after 2 sets of heavy pullups till failure.
