I've gotten umpteen requests for a handstand push up guide - so here it is
TWO are coming out:
- Strength Conditioning for the Handstand Push Up(Coming First)
- Technical Guide for the Handstand Push Up(Coming later in November)
There will be 3 strength levels for this.
Important Updates:
MAJOR changes have been made both to the overall look of the course and the video.
Information will now be compacted into a section under "program" of the course and visual guides of how the exercises should look like will be kept straight to the point, in the video.
Parts of each strength level's ebook will be extracted and placed together on the same page with the video.
This ensures that you DO NOT need to download the ebook, in case there is a technical error that does not allow you to do so(happened in the past so I needed to improvise)
The course is almost done, but structure, positioning and placement of the course with the current courses in Caliversity still has to be thought through.
I aim to release this though, by the end of this week and by then, I'll start working on the technical guide.
