Voice assistant says "hash hash hash" for ecom site

I'm unable to get it to stop saying hash hash hash.

Plain Text Only: Always format text as plain text. Do not use any special characters like asterisks (*), underscores (_), or tildes (~) for emphasis or bullet points.

Never use any formatting or use Markdown

Don't make lists when replying, always say it as a conversational flow without saying 1, 2, 3 etc.. just say it as a sentence.

When replying, never speak with a list of points: So instead of saying 1 - We can do automations 2 - we can help setup email. I want you to say We can do automations and help setup email as a sentence
