If I use the add tag tool does assistable creates a new tag or do I need to create the tag inside of GHL ??

In building assistants(so freakin easy) it seems to grab a default knowledge base in creating the prompt. How can I change the "default" knowledge base? Everyone defaults to one for my biz and injects that into the prompt so the assistant reverts back to the wrong knowledge base if stressed for an answer. @Jorden Williams

So just trying to grasp something. The LLM's are essentially all knowing. We populate a knowledge base about, let's say the organization. For example lets say we're working with the Home Depot. We would train the KB about HD, Arthur and the boys, etc. Now we're working at the local level and let's say store 999 in Siberia. They have different hours, product mix, management, phone numbers, etc. My question is how would you install this. -at Knowledge base- Homedepot.com Where would you put the information for store 999 in Siberia? Create a new knowledge base for every store or put the local info in the prompt? @Jorden Williams

What are you working on this week? As for me, - I'll be getting my existing clients setup on this platform. - Working on some real estate bots that can extract search criteria and potentially then save IDX searches for people - Proactive outreach when someone views a property 3 or more times.

Anyone good with setting this up? I changed domains and it's not setting up like my original one did. Giving me issues and support had no clue what was going on...
