My focus up to now has been integrating AI and Automation into my existing business as this is how I can learn without the pressure of clients I’m starting to want to explore outside clients but I can’t shake the “every kid in his bedroom is doing this” as I’m yet to do anything “fancy” I also wouldn’t target my own niche so my use cases won’t necessarily apply to another niche. How do you stand out from everyone else and bring value?

When you first setup a sub account and assistant.. I believe it looks up the company website etc to personalise the experience. Where is this knowledge stored? I want to review and edit it. Just to clarify, Im not referring to the knowledge base but everything it seems to know about the sub account upon setup.

I’m sure this question gets asked a million times, I’ve searched but can’t get a clear answer I’m very new to everything AI- I have a closebot account and a live bot which in all honesty, is on 🔥 My niche is Home Services and I can’t shake the fact that Closebot isn’t interested in Voice and I think this is a huge opportunity for certain businesses I’m completely new to Assistable but read so many good things that I’ve signed up to give it a go, just having an issue with numbers so waiting on GHL My question is.. How does text conversation compare to Closebot. I’m a little brainwashed by the objectives structure and simple prompting as well as the features that are constantly being pushed out Can the systems run side by side and if so, how would I do this? If I decided to have CB doing the text side and wanted Voice to step in, how does this generally look? Many thanks
