Just ran into something. I wanted to reset my OAuth, so I could see all 5 Create Assists custom actions in the workflow builder. When I did, I saw the new actions, but I also started experiencing an issue I had only heard of -- needing to call twice for the assistant to answer once. I had to reset OAuth a second time to get inbound calls to work on the first try. TL;DR - Reset OAuth, Test, Then reset again if needed.
