😬 Assistant started offering wrong dates...
So, the assistant I set up for my mortgage broker client is acting up and it’s offering appointment times that aren't even on his calendar. Nothing has changed on our end, and everything was working smoothly before. Plus, we’re only using one calendar on this account, so there's no room for mix-ups. The assistant is offering Sundays as an option, even though Sundays are marked as closed and fully blocked off. Check out this response when a lead said “yes” to a Sunday slot: "I apologize for the inconvenience, [Name]. We had an error with the booking, but we can definitely look into scheduling you today. However, it seems we do not have availability for today." Wait, what?! LOL We can "definitely" look into scheduling today, but we have no availability today. That’s not confusing at all, right? Ahahahaha. Naturally, the lead canceled the appointment but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? @Assistable Team any thoughts? Thank you!
