@Francisco Magistra So in this update, we added support for adding any ghl subaccount into your own workspace if its for things like deploying to other agencies - the workspace thing for their own agency perhaps will be under a reseller package -- will have more info on it before / on release
2 sub accounts. Same Bot. One takes 5 minutes and the other under 1
Not sure why I have such a big difference between the two accounts with exact same settings

Call Log Preview Patch | Voice mins tip
So, took some time to patch some stuff to get you more insight, check it out here to get more visibility into your deployment and further insights- Voice mins insights - Added call time in ms, seconds and minutes (2 decimal places) - call end resons, and recording all in the same interface to check call timeframes and what happened Mins - To save voice mins, turn off voicemail - sometimes, from call reviews, we notice the time to listen to and leave a voicemail can be 18 - 60 seconds. May not sound like a lot but if you are making 1000s of calls that adds up End reason - Earlier I had noted that error doesn't always mean error, this patch should give you more insights like and error meaning a call was made but there was no answer / voicemail (couldve been full), you can see those reasons there Outbound not working triage guide - If you aren't able to outbound calls, check voice mins - check the wf action to see if it has an assistant id, check your assistant has a phone number, check call logs - could be: - the contact you called doesn't have a number / bad number (will show in call logs) - significantly negative mins - system rejects call, can be seen in the returned_an_error from the WF action, will not show in call logs because no call was made, tag will also be added to the contact ^^ couple triage steps but ill add a guide and more visibility into that stuff in patches and in new update

Calendar Issue
Im guessing this is due to the problems that are currently happening. But just want to make sure. Trying to set this up for a client. Calendar not syncing properly. Tried everything. Anyone else having this problem?

no available times - if the trace id is there that means we got the times from ghl but there were no available times (we do 7 days for verficiation) so trace id says we successfully got times from GHL, but no times were available on that calendar id for the next 7 days do a quick check on the calendar to make sure times are available via the permanent calendar link -- as a note, calendar times are the only thing that doesnt use oauth so I would start in the calendar settings / permanent link to check
AI Caller Wrong Calendar Booking
Some experienced the same issue. I use the same script for my clients call bots. The calendar integration is connected and works fine and now the AI booked an appt for next Wednesday at 2:00 but on the GHL it shows up as tomorrow 2:00? Anyone experienced the same or is it a GHL problem ?

ill check the logs to see what the assistant is submitting - I can put a parameter on there too for that -- will check back in with an update
