Booking dates incorrect (2025 days) URGENT
Hey, I feel like this happened the last 2 years also, but when it switches to a new year, the AI still sometimes says dates from the previous year. E.g. it said to a lead Wednesday, 8 January. Which was correct in 2025 but in 2026 the 8th of Jan is a Thursday. Any way to get this correct 100% of the time? @Assistable Ai @Jorden Williams

MAJOR SYSTEM BUG
@Jorden Williams There is a major bug with voices leading to it not following prompts. All agents sound different, like robots and not the usual. They are speaking in custom values, hanging up calls, and not leaving VM. We opened a ticket and no response. I see other threads like this.. Can we please get an update.

@Anthony Castiglia can you do me a favor and try the voice CIMO and see if anything changes there? We had luck with that one on a large deployment - we are fine tuning the others as we hear them come in Just want to confirm if Cimo does the job and we can work backwards from there
The ability to onboard with more automation?
@Jorden Williams @Assistable Team this is something we have been needing for quite some time now. We need better API's for onboarding scenarios like: *When a location is created under a workspace, we can assign a phone number to that location. *When a location is created under a workspace, we can get the billing link info sent to us so we can automate billing setup. *When a location is created under a workspace and the number has been assigned to that assistant created by the snapshot, "automatically", we can have that assistant ID pushed to us in GHL. These three things are stopping us from automating onboarding as soon as there is a signup. For those who are pushing after-hour call answering or anything similar, speed to lead is where this is hurting us. There are many AI platforms that have something similar to this, where the person signing up can do this by logging into the platform directly, but the idea is not to have the client get access to the system at all and to get rid of the need for onboarding entirely. I would love to hear your thoughts on this and maybe a solution that we can implement. One last thing. I think there needs to be better walls put up on each sub-account, once rebilling is turned on, that will pause the account once it reaches zero instead of going into the negative.

if assistable.ai domains are not loading, just use createassistants - or maybe take this time to go outside and enjoy the sunshine or spend time with families. We'll create a rerouting process for domains if ever a big DNS outage like this

Assistant Not Replying At All
I have some conversations that are just stopping dead in the water. User replies and then Assistant doesn't reply at all. No error or anything? When I try and push it through manually Assistable doesn't create a reply?
