πŸ€– Selling AI Services... πŸ’Έ
Sharing my story of struggle: One of the biggest challenges I personally faced 2 years ago when I signed up for GHL, was that I fell in love with the tech. Because I loved it, I thought everybody would - I just needed to show the features and business owners would pull out their Credit Cards and my SaaS business would grow like wildfire. Sad reality is that It took me about 12 months to start getting customers because the hard truth is that business owners don't care about features and flashy automations, they just care about results (predictable sales). Lat week, I almost went down the same route with Assistable... I love the tech so much and I like geeking out and showing literally everybody (friends, family, work colleagues, prospects) what we can do. It struck me last week, when I demonstrated conversational AI appointments to my customer. His feedback was, mmm that's nice but.... (started explaining what we wanted) This time I realised the mistakes from my early GHL days and remembered the lesson... He doesn't care about the how... only the end result. I pivoted quickly - and just like my GHL days, I changed my conversation where I'm selling the outcome, the ultimate goal, the dream. Tip: If you want to find out quickly what a client really wants, use the Genie in the bottle method... "If you found a genie in a bottle and he grated you one wish for your business, what is the biggest problem you would ask him to fix?"... All clients have the same need, and that is to increase revenue and profits. This typically boils down to more predictable sales (result). How you get the result for them doesn't really matter. If you hire 15 VA's from India or use AI powered assistants that do the Macarena all day.. they don't give a rats arse! How many people in the group, like me, fell in love with the tech and are struggling to sell their services? (I hope I'm not the only dumb ass in the group) To many, this is obvious, but it wasn't to me - it took me 12 months to figure it out and I almost fell back to my same ways again with AI...

Love it! This is an excellent post. I learned this lesson the hard way, too. They don't care about the vehicle; they only care about the destination. They want to know how you can solve their problems, not geek out with you on the tech stuff. They really don't care. People worry so much about preparing a demo. When they ask me, I simply share an audio. I don't waste time demonstrating the AI in action with them at all. I focus on pinpointing their needs and using that as leverage. This is gold for anyone having trouble. Great job, brother. Keep up the hard work.

$1,000
I made $1,000 today! I've just been watching people's posts, facebook groups etc. I have been posting when/where I can about various services/tools. I even had another lead call me today and I quoted her $1,500/month and she didn't bock at the price, just said she would talk to her husband. I will follow up with them tomorrow and see about closing the deal. My goal until the end of the month is to make $500-$1,000/day in MRR sales.

@Luis Garibay brooo. Soon you will be ahead of the game and making 7 figures plus. No doubt about it. This is the industry to be in for sure. So many opportunities. Will all the value you provide, no doubt, life will compensate you for the hard work and effort.
Spanish speakers. Let me know your thoughts are on this AI audio
This is actually my first attempt at creating a bilingual, Spanish-speaking AI, and honestly, I think it sounds great. That said, I believe there’s still room for improvement in certain areas, especially towards the end when mentioning time. I was just testing things out since I’m currently helping someone with two clients from Spain. Also, I know the AI introduces itself as Emma and refers to itself as female even though its a male voice. I initially tested it with a female voice and later switched to a male one, just didn’t bother changing the name and stuff. lol

@Joel M appreciate that 🀣 Originally was testing with female voice. But switched it and got lazy to change the name. Im personally not using this. Just testing the Spanish voice with the self selling prompt.

Connect assistant to google sheets
Y'all were asking for the video, so here it is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ntjnPc4LHM Note that this is to read the entire Google Sheet. It only needs to be read once per call & can be referenced throughout the call. This works for chat and voice.

Bro. 5-10 minutes to set this up. Game changer
Best approach when testing?
I'm testing the same AI voice bot over and over and over.... 1. Does the AI remember information from previous tests? 2. If I use the same contact for multiple tests, will earlier conversations affect new calls? 3. For each new test, should I: a) Delete the entire contact and create a new one? b) Keep the contact but remove associated tags? What's the best approach to ensure each test starts fresh, without being influenced by prior interactions? Thanks!
