Since V2 update, bot is broken - view loom

None of my messages are being responded to with Ai
The ai seems to just not answer anybody anymore in all of my sub accounts, is anyone else encountering this? This is for the new leads thru messenger.

@John Moreno • 3m Yeah, all “no tag” but it’s there. It’s as if the ai responds quicker then GHL can add the tag

@John Moreno the synthetic wait, I have it for “120” seconds but as far as I can tell Ai immediately responds and buts a wait step on GHL. I only have 1 bot running in ea account and it works after the initial message. It’s just 80-90% of the time it doesn’t reply. So I reply, user reply’s, then the ai functions
Bot not really working as well.
So few complaints on V2, about 20% of the conversations arent working anymore, they client sends a message, a tag is added to activate the bot, and nothing. Just says no active tags. And now when a client sends multiple message, the bot sends multiple replies instead of compiling all the information instead even though I put long delays on it it does nothing. I also cant activate the bot manually, I have to send a message manually now and then it triggers the bot to function. With multiple sub accounts with ads running its a hard task to keep in touch with all of them when we sold them this as instant replies but now we are going hours without any reply to clients which is a big red flag.

@Jorden Williams awesome, that will be a great help. Also not sure if anyone else is having issue with bot not responding in some cases. It’s giving me “no tags found” even though the tag is added thru the workflow reply as it’s always been
Multiple incoming messages
Can the bot handle multiple incoming messages or is it 1:1? It answered each message separately and it just creates a not so great conversation

@Dylan Nihte it immediately responds & puts a wait on GHL. So it just loads up multiple messages on a delay basically
extractions are there
Not perfect, but should be good to go. In chat, voice I would like to focus on post-processing that data (if its not going to be a custom tool which can totally do that right now) to reduce latency
