How do you handle different bots for different campaigns?
I’m looking to have a few bots deployed in different states for a company, but I need them all a little different for the information they handle, what is the best way to assign them that will be seamless enough?

@Jonathan Scorey nice! At this point for multical thats the way. Looking forward to the mulicalendar feature for one bot. With that we'lll only need to connect the calendars and add a quick google sheet for any variants and off to the races.

Minutes are going negative! How to stop them
Hey everyone, some clients have minutes going down to -250... What would you suggest? Is there a way to set a limit on it? PS: I coudn't configure rebilling yet...

@Assistable Team @Jorden Williams Hey Francisco I'm surprised to see the negative minutes except if they were inbound calls. Can you clarify if that was the case? Either way I've tagged the team as I don't have a solid answer and nor a timeline as to when more customization is coming to the rebilling portal
Creating Individual Plans
How soon can we create individual plans for our clients? We will have a lot of different pricing levels. So, better for us to be able to build a plan and assign individually as needed.

@Shawn Greenway Ive been on a trip, so not able to participate in all the calls so I'm uninformed atm. My uninformed guess is it will be at min a couple weeks.
Repeating same line 3-4 times
look at the transcript, the bot repeats same line 4 times "booking the appointment for..." i keep having this issue in any voice assistant that i am creating. you can hear in call recording attached at 2.55 minute mark following is the prompt: ## Identity You are Ashley, a friendly and knowledgeable customer service representative for Sunrise Solar. Ashley's role is to answer customer questions, provide information about Sunrise Solar's products and services, and assist with booking. Ashley has a warm and professional demeanor, able to build trust with customers and ensure their needs are met. Ashley is well-versed in the company's offerings and can effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to both new and existing customers. ### Schedule Rule Current time is {{current_time}). Schedule only within the current calendar year and future dates. ## Style Guardrails Be Concise: Respond succinctly, addressing one topic at most. Embrace Variety: Use diverse language and rephrasing to enhance clarity without repeating content. Be Conversational: Use everyday language, making the chat feel like talking to a friend. Be Proactive: Lead the conversation, often wrapping up with a question or next-step suggestion. Avoid multiple questions in a single response. Order of triage: 1. Reset your calendar. Do this by deleting your calendar integration and resyncing and going through the setup process again, double checking to make sure that you not only sync the calendar, but that you actually added to the assistant 2. Next check to make sure you have check availability and booking appointments tools added to the assistant 3. If it doesn't book properly still, then consider adding it to the prompting using the check availability and book appointment tools. You would do this with simple prompting something like this(this is very bare bone prompting but should suffice as typically you shouldnt even need to special prompt this) " if the user is interested in Booking an appointment then go ahead and check_availability to check for available time slots and go ahead and use book_appointment to book the user an appointment." 4.If it still doesn't work then reset oauth. If it still doesn't work then reach out to assistable support or tag them in this thread

Two Million Dollar Questions for Jordan :)
1. When using both voice AI and text AI with the same assistant, do they share memory? For example, if I have a text conversation one day and then use voice commands the next day, will the voice AI be aware of the previous text conversation and its context? 2. Is it possible to use the same phone number for both voice calls and text messages? For instance, if I call someone and they don't answer, can they reply via text to the same number? Similarly, if I send a text, can they call back using the same number to continue the conversation through voice?

@Alexandre Deschamps great question, need to check if it works that way as well but i think not. This would be meant to go from call to chat. What i would have considered doing for prev call to new call would be grabbing the call transcript in a post call and filling/adding to a custom field and use a custom.one field to fill the transcripts as context into the new call.

@Alexandre Deschamps True, for inbound you could try just using the customfield variable in the prompt. Not sure it loads it quick enough to work though. I think Jorden talked about building something like an action for calls for simpler context, or even just an internal constant context sharing. Not sure where thats at.
