One account not transferring calls
is there a way to transfer a call with the custom tools?
For the life of me the agent will not transfer a call. I've tried recreating the agent, and doing a simple prompt with only the call transfer tool. No go.
It is running on twilio number not lc or assistable. Anyone have any ideas?
