Lifting Straps
I often feel my forearms / hands passing out before the targeted muscle achieves failure especially on Lat Pulldowns, dropsets with barbell curls, other back exercises, the list goes on. Is using straps for that a good solution or is it more of a temporary band-aid? should this problem be addressed different with strenghtening hands / forearms in some way?

I struggled with this , completely agree with @Ol Ro . Using straps really helps to take the tension off your wrists and forearms and onto the target muscle 💪🏻
Struggling with heat
I was supposed to make a video today but I'm not even close to finishing because of how damn hot it is, I have to turn off the fan to make the voice over but as soon as I do so I litteraly start sweating and being all sticky. I'll do my best to upload it tomorrow but I really have to buy an air conditioner or move to antartica lol.

Good advice there from @Emre S , with the tricep exercises you are doing your hitting all heads of the tricep . If you’re making sure to progressively overload you should be fine . Focus on compounds first then isolation as a finisher
Forearm training
I have been using grippers and forearm trainers for a few weeks now and the results have been amazing. They are cheep easy to use and easily accessible you can just get a set off Amazon I highly recommend using them just go to failure and still do arm exercises at the gym

If your retaining a calorie surplus and don’t feel fatigued then absolutely keep doing them if your seeing progress
