So ive been playing games this night with a girl from my school and when we talked about clothes she told me my fit is ass, usually i wear a hood and joggingpants cuz it is very comfortable but damn. Do yall think i should change up a few things?

Ive heard it does wonders with getting up numbers, but when looking it up on youtube or tiktok i never understand it and never seems to work, does anyone have a clear set of steps to activate it or learn it? Thanks brothers 🙏🏻

Weight goal
I now weigh 85 kg! Been a goal of mine for ages, and i am very proud of it, only downside for me is having to compete in the mma and grappling male light heavyweight devision haha, they are the real killers I am pretty used to heavier guys though, my teammates are all grown men weighing 90-120kg (damnn) Gonna have my first tournament in 3 months! Wish me luck yall 😁

@Nicolas Beraldes i get you bro, with grappling we have positions such as mount and guard, when those heavy ahh guys are on you, you cant just get out, almost a block of concrete
yall i dont know how to quit
i have had 2 maybe even 3 cans of red bull per day for the last 3 months i think, i love the taste but i know it is very bad for my health but i just cant quit. do you guys recommend anything? furthermore, fitness and training has been going great. physically i feel better than ever, mentally not so.. thanks for help yall <3

@Georgio De marino yeah its not the caffeine im addicted to. im addicted to the sugar, i tried to have coffee this morning and instead of my 3/2 cans i wanted to just get one, which is less than usual, i ended up buying 3 though 😬
High reps vs low reps?
Hello i got a question regarding the forearm training(cupping, pronation & supination), what rep range would u guys recommend i see Roger doing high reps, but if u do high reps can u really progressive overload that well? Would it be a good idea to stick to 12-15 reps on those exercises? By the way im new lol found out about roger last week and have an obsession with growing massive forearms now lol, im 17 and im combining this training with ppl x arnold split, i train forearms whenever they’re not sore except on back days and also train my thumb. Also some pics of my physique will prolly post some updates physique wise aswell as my forearm and hand training. Been lifting for 1.5 years now
