Hello i got a question regarding the forearm training(cupping, pronation & supination), what rep range would u guys recommend i see Roger doing high reps, but if u do high reps can u really progressive overload that well? Would it be a good idea to stick to 12-15 reps on those exercises? By the way im new lol found out about roger last week and have an obsession with growing massive forearms now lol, im 17 and im combining this training with ppl x arnold split, i train forearms whenever they’re not sore except on back days and also train my thumb. Also some pics of my physique will prolly post some updates physique wise aswell as my forearm and hand training. Been lifting for 1.5 years now
