Things I am thankful for: 1. My family. Although we don’t always see eye to eye, we all support one another and I need to remember that not all people have this. I could get each member specific (son, boyfriend, mom, dad, siblings but this will be a novel) 2. My home. Having a safe place for myself and my family to land everyday is priceless. 3. My willingness to explore. I want to learn and see a little of everything and make contacts with all sorts of people. Believe it or not, I’m not afraid to talk to anyone.

Thank you! I love Costco but get so overwhelmed when I’m there. I buy all sorts of good things but then have no idea what to do with them when I get home. 🙄
Working on me!
Last year- to the day- I had my annual wellness checkup. I was at my heaviest ever! Today, I went back in and am down 45 lbs from a year ago!! I started with nutrition and added exercise. Joined fitbody in June (I think) and am seeing results! I have a long way to go to my goals but I am feeling positive right now! I can definitely improve a lot of things!! But day by day and choice by choice… I will get there!
