Struggling with pull ups
Hey, not too long ago I got a pull up bar off of Amazon and have been trying to get the pull up but have found that I don’t have the strength ( might be grip related ). Was wondering if you guys had any tips I could use.

Weighted vest or Resistance band
I have been training at home with bodyweight for a year, right now I want to progressive overload but don't have time to learn calisthenics skill or do more sets,reps. So I decide to buy equipment but I don't know which should I buy

Personally bro i would defo invest in a pull up bar if you don't already have one, as it is a great piece of equipment for building a wide and muscular back. Also a resistance band with this will allow you to do some arm work as well as resistance band pull ups ( an easier progression for pull ups if you can't do them yet ). if you can try and get some dip bars as they'll help with triceps, chest, shoulder .etc. Hope this helped.
