How are you using LinkedIn to grow your community?
I've been a long time LinkedIn user and have built a small following (5.4k) that generally seems interested in what I'm up to and have to share. I've shared posts focused on my career shift to building communities, and some about the specific pain points we're helping people with inside the communities. I've also just moved my decade plus old life coaching work to a free weekly newsletter format -- allowing that to flow from me in a new way. What's been your experience using LinkedIn to grow your community? Gratitude. Andrew

Great question. Long time LinkedIn member here. I have two groups there - one with 25000 members and the other with 7000. I am planning to bring both groups over to Skool, but my observation at the moment is that LinkedIn groups really don't have much of a sense of community, unlike Skool groups. So the offer to come here from there has to be something very special. A work in progress... Otherwise I think that LinkedIn is a powerhouse of opportunity for attracting new members for Skool communities and I see it as a major part of my plan.

Take relentless commitment to adding value! Focus on solving real problems for your audience every day. Build an authentic brand that reflects who you are and connects on a human level; people buy from those they trust. Remember you canโ€™t help everyoneโ€ฆ Focus on the people you can help and serve them to your highest level! Stay adaptable and always be learning what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow, so embrace change and innovate. Consistency is your superpower! Show up even when itโ€™s hard, because small daily actions compound into big results. (Do it!) Lastly, surround yourself with like minded people who inspire you and push you to grow. I want you all to post your wins! BIG OR SMALL!! Post them please. Below I want to know somethingโ€ฆ. Are you making your future self happy? If not change that! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Not tomorrow but today! ๐Ÿ™

The Niche Of Skool | A Contrarian Way To Do It
I started my first business 12 years ago ever since that first day, a central theme I've focused on is "niche" ... ... and "niching down" has always been the way a part of me has always fought it I despise boxes but I saw, and experienced, the value inside of it lately, I've realised an even more expansive and powerful way of niching down I used to think the niche was solely focused on the audience but it's not and this is where my tension would arise it felt limiting I am a world-class copywriter I am a world-class marketer I am a world-class advertiser I am a world-class problem solver I am a world-class strategist I am a world-class simplifier people told me to JUST focus on one thing NICHE DOWN ... I fought it I wanted to do everything but the mind couldn't comprehend how I could possibly do all of those things AND niche down --- it felt wrong due to what I was told I needed to do a part of me knew that if I did niche down I'd be limiting the true impact I create for people and I'd limit the fulfilment I experienced and results people experienced this is where @Justin Yip shattered my old worldview he shared an insight he received from @Brian Campbell THE NICHE IS THE OUTCOME ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ talk about a moment of expansion I've always known about and believed in natural laws especially as they apply to business, marketing, and sales MAGENTISM, ATTRACTION, ECOSYSTEMS, ENTANGLEMENT, ONENESS and with this newfound perspective I saw how the outcome is the niche the outcome, when communicated correctly, attracts the ideal client --- nothing else - the outcome magnetises - the outcome attracts - the outcome entangles - the outcome enforces the rule of one - the outcome amplifies the ecosystem (instead of the singular) I realise the limitations that exist by niching down in the more commonly known way all the "experts" and "gurus" promote ... and I SEE the friction this creates (and the force you need to apply to overcome it)
