Improving myself continue
This was a good and productive day. Cold shower ✅ Breathing exercise ✅ Journaling ✅ Delayed screen time ❌ 10,000 steps ✅(15,000 steps) 30 min workout✅ Deep work ✅ 7-8 hours of sleep ❌(5.4 hours of sleep) Group check in ✅ Ticking of Goals✅ Reading in bed ✅ I can say that my day started with a jump in my step and it ended with a jump in my step. I am excited to see what the other 10 days will hold.
