@Dawood Hussaini I respect it, I am all for being natty too, it's just I was really confused reading your post and then watching the video because in the post you promote being natural but in the video it says you take steroids I assume that is a joke then?

@Ah Huat In N Out is amazing, did you know that there are other items that are not included on the menu? You can like modify the fries with things like cheese and bacon and i'm pretty sure you can get like more than a double like a 3 stack of patties or something. Also why cali? is there no in n out elsewhere?

Why did you start training Calisthenics?
Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick ๐Ÿ˜‚ Whatโ€™s YOUR reason?

A multitude of reasons, I've been a lightweight my whole life, always skinny so I thought calisthenics would come a lot easier. Second, I wanted to build muscle but had no access to a gym. Third, I really wanted those skills, I saw a video of people doing it in public and it looked amazing.
Muscle up unlocked
When people say the muscle up is a lot of technique, they are not lying. I got a pull up bar and I was just playing around with it, doing static holds at different positions of a pull up, doing slow negative reps, but never really worked to failure or more than 1-2 sets. I think the thing that made the technique click for me is just swinging around through the doorway with the pull up bar and for some reason it just came together and my technique was pretty much on point and allowed me to get the muscle up.
