Handstand pushup
What advice do you guys have for doing the handstand pushup itself. Currently I am able to do around 15 wall assisted handstand pushups and I have around 10 second handstand hold. But without wall I am only able to do handstand negatives and not push mylself up. How do I reach the final part of the movement what did you guys do when you were at that level? thankss

Is it a balance or strength problem?

If that is the case then I can suggest watching the forms of people doing handstand pushups, to make it simple, when you go down for the negative you slant to an angle and your not vertically straight anymore, you also moved your head forward. When you go up you have to then push up while having your head go back and your legs forward so that you can be perfectly stacked again. A good cue I think is thinking of stomping the air, I am not sure if that helps but I saw it in a chris heria vid.
Does timing of the day affect your workout?
This is a rather interesting one, I've personally tried both, and found that for myself, its a periodic matter. In the past, training in the night allowed me to feel more focused with the quiet and undisruptive surroundings. In recent years however, morning/afternoon trainings seem to allow me to push much harder when I feel more awake, and I would lose focus towards the night. Perhaps its due to the change in my sleeping schedule. What are your experiences on this?

Low key just regular pull ups I can't do all that much but if you really want that muscle up my tip is to just know the technique and then the most important factor is to kip and drive your knees to your chest really hard and bam you get much higher than you usually do and maybe even get that muscle up

From Skinny & Insecure to Strong & Confident: My Own Transformation Journey
Growing up, I was always the skinniest guy in the room. I started at 50 kg (about 110 lbs) with almost no muscle. That feeling of being overlooked, not being taken seriously, and even a bit invisible was tough to shake. So, I started working out at home, hitting push-ups and whatever calisthenics I could manage, determined to change. Over the years, I went all in. From training with bodyweight exercises to eventually bulking up in the gym, I pushed myself to lift heavier, eat cleaner, and stay consistent no matter what. Today, I've added almost double the muscle and even built my bench press up from a humble 75 kg to a solid 105 kg. That journey from skinny to strong wasn’t just about my physique, though—it’s about confidence and self-respect. The gym taught me resilience, patience, and the power of showing up every day to work on myself. It’s an investment in who you’re becoming. Your Turn: What’s your biggest goal in the gym, and what are you willing to do to make it happen? 💪
