It's all about progressIon, work at mastering the L-sit first. Very good hamstring flexibility is needed for both especially the v sit. A stretch I use is placing my legs together, (toes pointed forward) up on a sturdy wall. Ensuring my glutes are up against the wall also I reach back with my hands and use my triceps to assist my hip flexors and abdominal muscles to bring my torso up off the floor (no worries whenever you are ready

Sorrya typo, after the brackets it should continue to say (Hinge at the hips not the waist so as to look after the spine.) I find this stretch helps get me into a similar position to the v sit which I am also working towards. Good luck with your training

Try filming yourself doing pushups the watch to help correct any side favouring action within your movement.

Something else you can do also is take note of your normal physical activities through the day you may find there is something that is increasing the strength of your left side in comparison to your right
Am I actually 51 kg?
ok so recently i´ve been wondering if my scale is blatantly wrong or what, because my size does not seem like that of someone who weights 51 kg at 176 cm tall (5ft9) Measurements: Waist = 69 cm Arms = 30 cm Forearms = 25 cm Calves = 34 cm Legs = 45 cm Chest = 92 cm Shoulders (circumference) = 105 cm shoulders (width) = 43 cm does anybody know if that translates to my weight scale blatantly lying or something? really wanna know

@Juan G The scales u mentioned are generally free to use in Medication stores. So good quality digital scales can be purchased on eBay though I got a set a couple years back for only $20, the also show body fat levels and hydration levels as well
What is your FAVOURITE Calisthenics skill?
Personally I like the planche. I like it because it allows transitions into a 90 degree push up, a handstand, a one arm handstand and a handstand pushup. What about you?

It's one very tough static hold
Tricep gains
Does anybody know of exercises to target the long head of the tricep so that I can get bigger arms?

If you're limited equipment wise seated straight arm floor slides will work well. Sit down on a smooth floor (preferably with shoe's removes, leave socks on) With legs together straight out in front . Tilt forward at the hips push each hand down beside the corresponding leg so your backside comes off the floor. Slide forward on heels by pushing hands in a backwards motion on the floor. Done correctly this should give you a great pump in the long head of the triceps
