Introduction
I am Kevin and working to regain amazing strength and an awesome physique I had before university, where I gained too much weight. I am also planning to start muay thai or kick boxing in the next few months, but currently exercising daily to improve flexibility and build leg, arm, and core strength. I currently workout 5 days a week and swim laps 4 days a week at my gym. I am 5'6.5" (170cm) and 177lbs (80kgs). Working to lose stomach fat mostly. I will be very active here and hope to make some awesome friendships and share training tips with all of you, my brothers.

Am I actually 51 kg?
ok so recently i´ve been wondering if my scale is blatantly wrong or what, because my size does not seem like that of someone who weights 51 kg at 176 cm tall (5ft9) Measurements: Waist = 69 cm Arms = 30 cm Forearms = 25 cm Calves = 34 cm Legs = 45 cm Chest = 92 cm Shoulders (circumference) = 105 cm shoulders (width) = 43 cm does anybody know if that translates to my weight scale blatantly lying or something? really wanna know

To all my brothers reading my journals, I wish to thank all of you for your support and replies, which keeps me accountable. I will continue to post every 3 days, as requested by some of you. Please comment how I am doing and offer any suggestions to help improve my journals, myself, and other that may consider journaling themselves. Your comments have been my biggest gain here. Morning routine ✅ Cold shower 🚿 ✅ Journal for 10 minutes ✍️ ✅ Read for 20 minutes 📖 ✅ Spend 45 minutes outdoors 🌲✅ Deep work ✅ Eat only whole foods✅ Drink 2 Liters of water ✅ Workout 🏋️ (Swimming, abs, core, chest) ✅ Swimming laps (>30 minutes) 🏊 ✅ Study 📖 2 hours at least ✅ Attend a community meeting 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 ✅ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool 🫂 ✅ Meditation (>10 minutes) ✅ Screens off by 21:00 (9:00pm) 📱 ❌ In bed by 21:30 (9:30pm) 🛌 ❌ Evening routine ✅ 7+ hours of sleep 🛌 ✅ Thursday, Friday, Saturday I swam and worked out. I had a personal training session this morning for strengthening my core and discussed learning to hand stand. I had 2 community calls today and one more tonight. I have been busy working and now reading Atomic Habits by James Clear.
