I am Kevin and working to regain amazing strength and an awesome physique I had before university, where I gained too much weight. I am also planning to start muay thai or kick boxing in the next few months, but currently exercising daily to improve flexibility and build leg, arm, and core strength. I currently workout 5 days a week and swim laps 4 days a week at my gym. I am 5'6.5" (170cm) and 177lbs (80kgs). Working to lose stomach fat mostly.
