To all my brothers reading my journals, I wish to thank all of you for your support and replies, which keeps me accountable. I will continue to post every 3 days, as requested by some of you. Thursday, Friday, Saturday I swam and worked out. I had a personal training session this morning for strengthening my core and discussed learning to hand stand. I had 2 community calls today and one more tonight. I have been busy working and now reading Atomic Habits by James Clear.
