It's not a calisthenics skill but I'm still proud of it. I am only around 126 pounds which is like 57 kg. I think a plate and a 25 looks pretty tuff

Does anybody know of exercises to target the long head of the tricep so that I can get bigger arms?

@George Beard I don't have rings in my house, do you know how I can do overhead extension movements with no equipment?
Is high reps good?
I noticed Caliversity did very high reps like 500 a day, my friend told me he did 1000 push ups a day and he got pretty big over the summer. I'm just wondering if doing this is actually good or if adding extra weight like a backpack or weight vest for less than 20 reps a set is good enough.

Anybody know a good rear delt excercise
Mine literally look like they have never been used before (probably because they haven't) and I need to get it bigger to get them boulder shaped shoulders so if anybody knows a good way to train them lmk
