Dialed in and making progress ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ
For the last 3 months, I was stuck between 280-283 lbs and this month I have really dialed in nutrition and eating between 2200 - 2500 calories a day. One step closer towards losing 30 lbs but have another 30ish left to go! Massive s/o @Pedro Oliveira for a quick consult and kicking me in the butt. Shirts and suits are starting to fit better than ever before. Currently sitting at 275 and working my down! What are you goals for these next few weeks?

Dominated 5k run over the weekend with Flag Football
Over the last 6 months, I have been working on my health and fitness to be the best husband, father, & son I can be. Still down 20lbs and push yourself to do things you arenโ€™t able to do. Put your in trust in the Lord and He will guide you! You just gotta put in the work! Saturdayโ€™s total calories burned through the day were 5,000 calories with over 20k in steps.

Progress pics?
Would it be of any benefit if we posted before and after photos, or before, and current of our transformation? Or maybe current photo, and what we would like to change about our physique? It's so difficult since everyone has a different rout to transform, but really its the same principles that get us there. I know that I have to consume a ton of calories to get to my goal, but others have to consume less calories to get to their goal. Just thought I would spark some conversation. He joined RCIA and lost 50lbs... @Levi Machovec has lost 50 pounds after taking his fitness seriously last year ๐Ÿ˜Ž He ALSO joined RCIA, and became Catholic on Easter Levi had gotten up to 210 pounds, and hated the way he felt. He said he felt fat, he hated his body, and he had to wake up every day KNOWING he hated his body.He tried severely cutting caloriesโ€ฆbut at the end of the day, nothing was working. Finally, Levi came to me and asked for help ๐Ÿ™ I told him "the reason you're not losing weight is because you're not eating enough. He actually had to eat MORE food, and more whole, healthy meals to lose weight. So we got to work ๐Ÿ’ชI had him eat 5 meals a day and 2300 calories. I also put him on a workout regimen.But the biggest thing we changed was his mindset, I made it a non-negotiable for him to remind himself that it's selfish to not practice what you preach. I reminded him that people are less likely to listen to us about our worldview if we're out of shape, and so it serves others if we are fit since we can be more influential in sharing the Word.Levi is now under 160 and has lost 50 POUNDS, and feels better than ever ๐Ÿ’ฏ Drop some "๐Ÿ”ฅ" in the comments to celebrate @Levi Machovec and his transformation ๐Ÿ˜Ž
