For the last 3 months, I was stuck between 280-283 lbs and this month I have really dialed in nutrition and eating between 2200 - 2500 calories a day. One step closer towards losing 30 lbs but have another 30ish left to go! Massive s/o
for a quick consult and kicking me in the butt. Shirts and suits are starting to fit better than ever before. Currently sitting at 275 and working my down! What are you goals for these next few weeks?
