I think this is an humbling yet important question. Can you see your abs? If the answer is no - it's time to do some work. If you want to be successful in the dating market, you must be fit. Heck - being fit can also improve more than the dating market. It can also improve your performance at work, your friendships, your finances. The halo effect is real - that people who are attractive get better treatment. If you lose some of that stubborn fat, you can increase your attractiveness a few points. First, lift weights consistently every week. Any program will work - just stick to it. And track your progress. Every week you should be increasing your weights. Second, get at least 10k steps per day. Track your steps with a FitBit Inspire 3 or Amazon Fit Band 7. Third, only eat "real" food. I.e. food which God gave us. Not food made my factories and corporations. I'll finish the post out with a list of approved "real" foods.
