Can You See Your Abs?
I think this is an humbling yet important question. Can you see your abs? If the answer is no - it's time to do some work. If you want to be successful in the dating market, you must be fit. Heck - being fit can also improve more than the dating market. It can also improve your performance at work, your friendships, your finances. The halo effect is real - that people who are attractive get better treatment. If you lose some of that stubborn fat, you can increase your attractiveness a few points. And that will have MASSIVE repercussions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's the 3 main things I did which helped me become lean. First, lift weights consistently every week. Any program will work - just stick to it. And track your progress. Every week you should be increasing your weights. Second, get at least 10k steps per day. Track your steps with a FitBit Inspire 3 or Amazon Fit Band 7. Third, only eat "real" food. I.e. food which God gave us. Not food made my factories and corporations. I'll finish the post out with a list of approved "real" foods. If your diet consists of 80-100% these foods, you can get lean without ever tracking a calorie. Here's the list. Deus Vult ... Dairy Products & Fat Sources: - Raw Organic Grass Fed Whole Milk - Organic Grass Fed Low Temp Pasteurized Milk - Organic Greek Yogurt (100% Grass Fed, full fat like Stonyfield) - Raw Organic Cheese - Full Fat Grass Fed Organic Butter - 100% Avocado Oil Spray (For Cooking) - Cold Press Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Organic Avocados - Healthy Saturated Fats from sources like ghee, tallow, nuts, and red meat

Pilgrimage
I was able to take a pilgrimage and participate in Mass at the Co-Cathedral in Houston. Its sanctuary is 32,000 sqft. It can seat over 1,800 people. It was built in 2008.

Hey brothers! Would appreciate any tips on working out. I always start then stop for a long time and I’d like to Keep More consistent and actually see results and feel more confident with my shirt off. Any tips?

Great advice from the previous commenters. For me a home gym helped immensely. I started off with two kettle bells and a jump rope. Body weight is also a good way to start. Instagram is a great tool to learn different techniques.
Any Catholic Martial Artists in Here?
Just curious how many of you all train BJJ / MMA or any combat sports?

St. Micheal’s Lent
St. Micheal’s Lent was a success. Ended up doing 4,010 pull-ups during the 40 days. It helped connect my faith and fitness more. I hope everyone is having a blessed week👌.
