Progress pics?
Would it be of any benefit if we posted before and after photos, or before, and current of our transformation? Or maybe current photo, and what we would like to change about our physique? It's so difficult since everyone has a different rout to transform, but really its the same principles that get us there. I know that I have to consume a ton of calories to get to my goal, but others have to consume less calories to get to their goal. Just thought I would spark some conversation. Work out
Today’s workout consists of pull ups, squats, dumbbell bench, and ju jitsu. Then headed to Confession and time out in the woods after that. I hope all are having a blessed weekend.

SOME MONDAY MORNING MOTIVATION 🔥🔥🔥
What's up fellas! Just got back from an event and I'm fired up 🔥 Here's a nugget for you to take away today: Life is lived moment by moment. Did you wake up when you said you would? It was one moment when you decided. Did you choose the cheesecake? It was decided in one moment. You DON'T have to lose 30 pounds, or bench two plates. You JUST have to choose correctly in this moment, and do what you need to for the day. THEN TOMORROW, do it again..and again, and then you've lost 30 pounds. I'm all about having a vision, but don't get too caught up in it. I used to do that all the time. Now my calendar is always planned out the day before. And when I wake up I'm on auto-pilot. Just executing 💯 Cause that's what really matters. You can always do vision work on Sundays or end of the month. Rest of the time, just execute and get the tasks done. Moment by moment baby 😎 YEAAAUHH!

St. Micheal’s Lent
St. Micheal’s Lent was a success. Ended up doing 4,010 pull-ups during the 40 days. It helped connect my faith and fitness more. I hope everyone is having a blessed week👌.
