(Oops..another) 10' at 80%: 1,516M, 2.52 M/S, 46.5 SPM 5. 1' at 100%: 153M, 2.56 M/S, 52.0 SPM 6. 1': 158M, 2.64 M/S, 56.0 SPM 7. 1': 130M, 2.16 M/S, 51.5 SPM 8. 1': 152M, 2.53 M/S, 55.5 SPM 9. 1': 145M, 2.43 M/S, 51.5 SPM 10. 10' Cooldown: 1,322M, 2.20 M/S, 42.0 SPM Missed one of the 1 minute workouts. #7 - waves pushing against us (from motorized boat going past us) - that's my excuse and sticking to it.
