One Bot for All Channels?
Is it possible to have one bot look after all channels? Inbound Voice, Outbound Voice, SMS, Email? Or do I need a separate Bot for each channel?

@Troy Dean 1.sip trunk a number. 2. set the agent as that number by importing the number. 3. make a user in GHL and assign that # to the user. (Now assistant and user in ghl have same #3. When you run a campaign and assign it add assign user and add tag to the work flow. Now all the same number.
Calls are dropping at the exact same spot
This started today but calls are dropping at the exact same spot when the agent says: Agent: Updating contact information for Deb Newgent. Agent: Updating contact information for Charles Newman.

No but to tool might be failing. try to unconnect the tool on add back in. If keeps happening then remake agent. I think it will fix. Just a thought.
