I’m sure this question gets asked a million times, I’ve searched but can’t get a clear answer I’m very new to everything AI- I have a closebot account and a live bot which in all honesty, is on 🔥 My niche is Home Services and I can’t shake the fact that Closebot isn’t interested in Voice and I think this is a huge opportunity for certain businesses I’m completely new to Assistable but read so many good things that I’ve signed up to give it a go, just having an issue with numbers so waiting on GHL My question is.. How does text conversation compare to Closebot. I’m a little brainwashed by the objectives structure and simple prompting as well as the features that are constantly being pushed out Can the systems run side by side and if so, how would I do this? If I decided to have CB doing the text side and wanted Voice to step in, how does this generally look? Many thanks
