LIMITED DATA COLLECTION FROM CUSTOM TOOL
Looks like my chat version of the AI collects all the data from the custom tool pull (about 247 items), but on the call version of the same AI with the same custom tool but on a phone call it is only pulling 25 items. Any fixes for this issue?

@Wildson Caldeira Yup, thanks working now. Just have to get her to actually send parameters when she uses a tool now. She refuses when on a call, she uses the tool but doesn't include any parameters.

Is the AI agent not able to use custom tools during a call? Hard to tell without access to the logs.

just a custom tool that does a post webhook to an endpoint. Keeps timing out and the endpoint is not seeing it hit

@Luis Garibay me too, but as you can see in my first comment, that is what assistable is saying as the call record.

TTS provider (11labs) is down
I have a fallback selection in this update but for now in case this ever happened but I guess its happening... - OpenAI and deepgram voices are fine, you can see the provider in the header of the voice itself working on mitigation now

Food Trucks, but not restaurants for me. They usually have pretty set ways and with door dash, different pos systems, it can get crazy
