Been Movin' n Shakin'
Hey, Y'all, hope everyone has been doing well. I know I have been radio silent these past couple of weeks, but for good reason. Allow me to update y'all on what's been going on: Since I last spoke with @Paul Benjamin and the rest of the guys on Zoom, I transferred departments at the company I work at (moved from Inside Sales to working out on the warehouse floor) and couldn't be happier with this choice. My tasks are straight forward and fairly simple, and I feel accomplished completing them. The best part is, unlike sales, the work does not follow me home, which is heavenly. The hours and pay are awesome as well. I work 50-60 hours in the warehouse and can cover all of my expenses while still throwing the extra money into savings/investments/charity/fun spending. Since work doesn't affect my personal time anymore, I know have 10-20 hours a week I devote to studying/recertifying as a Personal Trainer and going through @Paul Benjamin's modules. I'll be certified in 2-3 months; once I have that, I already know where I'll need to apply to acquire a job that will give me the best opportunity to build 1 on 1 training experience with clients (I spoke with several successful personal trainers I know in my area about where to start). Next, I have also had several discussions with my MMA/Boxing coach about future business plans with him, and learning his craft so I can not only condition his fight guys, but also become proficient enough to have me as a coach (This will help me long term because I want to eventually specialize as a trainer of combat athletes). Here is what my weekdays have been looking like: 4-5 AM: Study PT 5-6 AM: Get ready for work 7-5 PM: Work 6:30-8:30: Combat Training, Church classes, or Free Mason practice (Depends on the Day) 9:30-10 PM: Bed Time (If earlier, even better) Saturdays I'll either work Overtime till 5, or if I have social plans already set, I'll take the day off and do those.

What John is saying is the one lesson I learned only recently and am still working on. Pacing and balance is an important part of the equation if your already a high performer. On the same vein I think these things came with that realization: Refill your gas tank. Nsdr. Do nothing sometimes and just be. Do nice things for yourself. Take breaks. Celebrate your wins. Develop gratitude daily. You will make it way further than if you just hit the gas until the car starts to break down.
Women crying during orgasm or right after, WTF?
So I have a plate/ltr its been about 6 months and the sex has been pretty fucking good. She always orgasms several times and even goes into some a deep out of body type of psychedelic experience. Recently she has cried twice and I read about it and there are some negatives and in my case because the relationship is relatively healthy and there isn't any toxicity, I believe it's a very fast high/low mood change after an intense orgasm that causes this. @Paul Benjamin I wanted to get your expert take on the subject and learn more about this. and of course if anyone would like to share their experience with this. I bet Laurent probably has some interesting story like this in his back pocket. O.k To be clear this is not bawling, snot bubble crying, it's like tears of joy or something.

Confirmed date, but not until next week
Picture this, you get the confirmed close off of dating app but its not gonna happen for another 5+ days, how do you keep it warm and not have her forget about you? Does it serve as a filter if she flakes even though I confirm the day before like Paul suggests-, or am I leaving good times on the table?

Ideally you have her actual phone number and would do a phone call at a point in the interaction that’s an appropriate. Def increases her investment like Paul said. I like to think about it like I have a candidate that’s essentially interviewing for a position so I do some preliminary calls and follow up.
Corporal trauma response - how to rid
@Paul Benjamin it's recently become clear to me that my body still stores trauma from events that took place during (i.e. abruptly interrupting) sleep in my previous career that required immediate response/escape/evasion. For over a decade it has manifested as an immediate jolt of adrenaline/cortisol/anxiety the second I wake and puts me in that autonomic response mode (no flashbacks or vivid memories of any sort in those moments though). What treatment modality would you recommend to address this and teach my body that that is no longer necessary, and allow it to wake up in a peaceful and calm state instead? Self-treatment would be ideal, but results are the priority.

Paul j say it ain’t so about Joey lol. I actually really like his stuff at a technique level. However I could see how it could to overboard. What do you mean sleep is a patter that had meaning behind it? Sleep is my biggest challenge. I’ts been horrible this week and my snoring isn’t getting any better. Considering cpap machine just don’t know how to get that ball rolling. I wonder if there’s a machine that makes my gf stop waking me up when I snore lol. Got the 8 sleep. Working on not eating after 7 and no caffeine after 1 this week.

@Paul Benjamin thanks. It seems like the link didn’t attach. My sleep is being disrupted so much by my girl waking me up because of my snoring I’ve decided to sleep in another room this week. Not to mention my stress levels are going through the roof with the compounding effect of this and some big challenges I’m facing. So I’ll try anything
Identity & Archetype Exercise
In the space of 48 hours, I have lost my kids and a business partner. Time to forge a new identity. Separation under Japanese law means I can be arrested if I so much as stand outside school to get a glimpse of them playing in the courtyard. I am grieving this abrupt loss. As for the business, sometimes it is better to stay in the friendzone rather than invest time, energy and money. All in all, everything happens for the best. I start with a blank slate. I am becoming the hero I am dreaming of. I am now writing the next chapters of my life. It is time to empty my cup, let go of the bagage and reset. I am grateful the wife pulled the plug as opposed to 6 years later. It would have been tougher to rebuild. I am grateful things did not work out with this business project. Something else will be calling. It all starts from being intentional, getting clarity. There is no better place than this old Japanese thermal spring located in a volcano crater under a typhoon to strip everything and gain clarity

Good view and perspective. Flow. The most powerful and admirable thing we have as men is our inner strength, frame and ability to reset it no matter how many times. I believe the more we value this within ourselves the more it grows within us. That place looks cool as hell
