Intermitent fasting
I just saw that this course is against IF. I am a begginer so I would like to know what do you think about that people/doctors who say that fasting “cleans“ your body or removes cancer cells. Thank y'all

Do whatever works for you, test multiple things, use data to back up the ''feeling'' and don't worry

My opinion though haha and what has worked well for me, I adjust based on where I'm out, how I feel, envorinment, other stress factors and soo much more. Over time once I experimented enough where I have a good feel for it, it's more about fine tuning now. Long term impact is obviously something I can't ''feel'' in the now and is great to get a health coach on someone who really knows what they are doing. Over-all I like it, but it depends
Nicotine?
Been researching about nicotine as a performance enhancer from researchers like Andrew Huberman and I wanted to hear what your guys thoughts are on nicotine and the different methods of consumption (specifically pouches like zyn other similar brands). Let me know!

I use it in combination with Caffeine @Nathanael Darakdjian but as @Niels van Hove said over long period time of using not super great. I just take it when I feel like it tbh, I experimented with it enough that I know what is too much for me and what isn't so gotta find your own sweet spot I take 4 mg ones
What’s your chronotype?
I think I am of the wolf chronotype. I feel like a lot of people here are too. What are y’all’s and how do you structure your day around it?
