Boost Your Gut Health: The Science-Backed Benefits of Eating More Yogurt
I get asked a lot about how to improve gut health, so I wanted to share this study with you that shows how eating more yogurt can help. A study with 4,117 people confirmed that eating yogurt has many benefits and even suggests that the more you eat, the better it might be for your gut. On average, yogurt contains about 100 million live bacteria. While not all of these bacteria make it to your gut, researchers wanted to see how yogurt affects the variety of bacteria in your gut. The results were clear: the more yogurt people ate, the more variety of good bacteria they had in their gut. Specifically, two types of healthy bacteria—S. thermophilus and B. animalis—were found in larger amounts in those who ate yogurt. People who ate more than five servings a week had even more of these bacteria compared to those who ate only one to five servings. Gut health isn’t just about digestion. Your gut is connected to your brain, heart, and thyroid health, among other things. So, by taking care of your gut, you’re supporting your overall health. Eating fermented foods like yogurt is one of the easiest ways to improve your gut health. Just one serving a day can make a big difference. So, if you want to support your gut, your health, and your daily performance—start eating yogurt! Here’s the full study if you’d like to check it out: Yogurt Consumption and Gut Biodiversity Study

Which oil is recommended?
Hey there! I've been through the course and I have really clear that vegetable oils are bad for me? But then which kind of oil is acceptable? Olive oil? Coconut oil? Butter? Thanks in advance

Breakfast
Hey everyone, I hope you all have a productive working day. A productive day is partly determined by the food we consume. Hence, I wanted to take a moment to share my breakfast with you. Would love to hear your opinions, what is good, what could be better, etc.... I speak of breakfast but eat it after my fast around 10 o'clock in the morning. - 3 Eggs (265 cal. & 18.5 pr.) - 1x Mozzarella (270 cal. & 21.3 pr.) - 1x Avocado (+/-300 cal. & 3 pr.) - 10 ml Cold pressed Olive oil (90 cal.) -> Over the avocado - 25g Organic walnuts (170 cal. & 3.7 pr.) + 3 Brazil nuts + Occasionally I add 100g of chicken (Meat & eggs cooked in Ghee, of course) This adds up to +/- 1200 cal. and 70 pr. Suggestions are always welcome & be sure to leave your first meal of the day for inspiration. Greetings from Belgium
