Optimal HRV?
So I think I’ve heard Billy mention in some old video or somewhere that HRV should optimally be around 100ms, not lower or higher. On the other side there is Whoop who say that HRV metrics are personal and one’s goal should be to get them as high as possible. Could someone clarify this? What is an ideal HRV score, and is there a point of diminishing returns?

Im wondering who has the highest HRV of the skool group. About my situation, in my bad periods I had 40HRV monthly average, after my course with @Jorn Kirkels my monthly averages are around 80 till 90HRV
